Effective date: 2026-05-28
This policy is a starting framework written by the studio, not legal counsel. We recommend you have your own attorney review it before relying on it in any contract dispute.
v01dx is a small design and growth studio based in Savannah, Georgia, currently operated as a sole proprietorship doing business as "v01dx". Questions about this policy go to hello@v01dx.com.
This policy covers what happens when you visit v01dx.com (and www.v01dx.com) or contact us through the site.
The site runs on Vercel. Two of Vercel's first-party products are switched on:
We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, or any other third-party tracker on the marketing site. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit.
When you submit the contact form on the homepage, we receive:
That payload is delivered as a single email to a private studio inbox through Resend, our transactional email provider. The site itself does not store leads in a database today — your submission lives in our inbox and Resend's delivery logs.
Until our domain is verified in Resend, outbound notifications use Resend's shared sender (onboarding@resend.dev). After verification, they'll come from hello@v01dx.com.
How long we keep it. Lead messages live in our shared studio inbox. We don't have an automated retention system yet, so we hand-purge old messages quarterly. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we'll do it within seven days.
If the homepage shows a Calendly booking widget, scheduling a call sends your name, email, and any answers you give to Calendly directly. We receive the booking confirmation; Calendly stores the rest under its own privacy policy at https://calendly.com/privacy. When the widget is not enabled, no Calendly data collection happens — the page simply asks you to email us.
These outside companies process data on our behalf:
If we add another sub-processor later (a CRM, a different scheduling tool, an email marketing service), we will list it here before turning it on.
We don't set tracking cookies. Some essential first-party state may be stored briefly by Vercel for performance measurement; nothing identifies you across sites.
We do not track users across sites. Do Not Track signals don't change our behavior.
You can email hello@v01dx.com and ask us to:
We'll respond within seven days. If you're writing under GDPR, CCPA, or another regional privacy framework, say so in the subject line and we'll treat the request under that framework. To be straightforward: we are a small US studio, we are not currently certified under any of those programs, and we have not appointed an EU representative. We still take the requests seriously and we still answer them.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email), commercial information (business name, plan selection), and free-text messages. Source: you, when you fill the lead form. Purpose: to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell or share personal information.
Site and data hosting is provided by Vercel in the United States. EU/UK visitors should know that data submitted via the lead form transfers to and is processed in the US.
The site is built for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the form, email us and we'll delete it.
We don't store the lead form in a database, which keeps the attack surface small. We protect our accounts with strong passwords, separated access, and the security defaults provided by Vercel and Resend.
If a breach affects your data, we will notify you in writing without unreasonable delay, consistent with Georgia OCGA §10-1-912.
When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top and publish the new version at this URL. For material changes (new sub-processors, a new product, a shift in how long we retain data), we'll note what changed in a short summary at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
Questions, requests, complaints — all go to hello@v01dx.com. We read every message.
